Ann's Story

Why Ann practices family law

Ann came to family law because she believes the people behind every case deserve to be heard. Early in her career — as a law clerk in Family Court, Middlesex County — she saw how easily clients could feel like a file number rather than a person. She resolved to practice differently.

Today she blends rigorous legal strategy with genuine care, helping clients make clear-eyed decisions during the most emotional moments of their lives. Whether across a negotiating table or in a courtroom, her clients always know exactly where they stand and what comes next.

She built Fabrikant Law as a practice where she — not a rotating cast of associates — stands beside you the whole way.

The Fabrikant Law difference

A boutique firm, by design

Nearly a decade ago, Ann chose to open her own firm for a single reason: it let her focus entirely on her clients. At larger firms, a case might be split among several lawyers — or handed to a junior associate gaining experience — while dozens of other clients compete for attention.

Ann takes on only a few new clients each year, so yours receives her full focus from start to finish. With seventeen years of New Jersey family law behind her, she knows the players, knows how local judges think, and knows when to push and when to strategically give ground to win what matters most.

Choose a firm built specifically to serve clients with an outstanding personal touch — straightforward, and genuinely invested in your outcome.
